How does one train a live sound engineer? Over the past twelve years and several hundred students I have developed a step by step method that I feel can function as a template for any company, club, school or church. In this presentation I will take you through the steps that I use, all you have to do is plug in your own specific content and adjust the level of detail to one that is appropriate for your trainees.
