Some law enforcement retirees are no longer just relaxing when it comes to juvenile crime. The group of retirees, known as the Marylanders Offering Services Team, is tired of sitting on the sidelines and wants to offer their expertise to help prevent children from going into the juvenile justice system. The members met recently and remain focused on finding solutions to juvenile crime after having worked in parole and probation, juvenile services and social services capacities.
