Decided to plateload the 175kg Inverbrie stone with 5kg plate; 2.5kg plate and 0.86kg of rubber ring+rubber mat+tape.
As far as I know, to date, this is the heaviest natural stone shouldered in Scotland. Please correct me if I am wrong. I know Tom Stoltman has done 170kg.
Not to shabby for a fat natty at 107kg BW.
