Editor’s note: A city of Phoenix spokesperson has confirmed that Julissa did not complete an application with the Weatherization Assistance Program, and had previously called about her air conditioning unit back in November. When asked about the possibility of it taking months to fix a broken air conditioning unit, the spokesperson said it isn’t the city’s policy to give a specific time frame.
