Crustless Spinach Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
Sauteed Spinach Onion
Olive oil - 1 Tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1 (Medium)
Spinach (Chopped) - 1 Cup
Salt - 1/3 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1/3 Tsp
Paprika - 1/3 Tsp
Garlic Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Egg Batter:
Eggs - 3
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1/3 Tsp
Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 Cup
Method:
Cut the spinach ribbons.
Wash properly and squeeze maximum water using hands.
Now in a pan, add olive oil and heat it up.
Add chopped onion and saute until it starts to change color.
Now add spinach and cook on high heat for 01 minutes.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
As spinach starts to change color and release all water then keep it on the side.
Preparation of Egg Batter:
In a bowl, add egg and milk and beat well using a whisk.
Season with salt and paper.
Add cheese, and sauteed onion and spinach.
Mix well.
Grease the baking dish. Avoid if using glass material.
Now pour all the egg mixture into the baking dish.
Preheat the oven before 10 minutes.
Set the oven temperature at 250 degrees C or 450 Fahrenheit.
Now place the baking dish in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take it out and serve.
