In today’s bicep workout, I pick 5 of my favorite exercises and do them all back to back for 20 reps each. This pump and burn is next level pain.
When you finish all 3 sets your biceps will be 100% toast and I was actually sore for the next 4 days. Give this a try this week and let me know if you experienced the same thing.
