The Econo-Wrap Individual Bale Wrapper was designed with the average farmer in mind: using high-quality components but built efficiently and affordable.
The EW-450S Stationary Single Bale Wrappers is ideal for those small-scale hay producers who are looking for an economical solution for wrapping dry hay for storage or wet hay for baleage. It will wrap a 4'x5' bale weighing up to 2,100 lbs. in approximately 90 seconds. One tractor will be used to load the bales on the rotary table and a second tractor to run the unit via the tractor's hydraulics. When the bale is done wrapping, pull the "trip pin" from the tractor seat and lift 3 point hitch. Then, after loading the next bale across the film, engage rotary table for wrapping and the film will be cut.
Unit comes standard with a hand-held counter to monitor the number of wraps from the tractor seat.
