For the Cake:
110g butter
40g oil
100g caster sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
120ml freshly squeezed orange juice
180g plain flour (all-purpose flour)
120ml orange juice
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
For the Sugar Syrup:
80ml orange juice
40g caster sugar
For the Glaze:
50g icing sugar
1 tbsp orange juice
Bake:
180°C/350°F (160°C fan/320°F)
30-35 minutes
