Every year during the week of World Mental Day, St Patrick’s Mental Health Services runs a pop up radio station called Walk in My Shoes radio. All content is focused on the promotion of positive mental health with programmes anchored by well-known broadcasters. Aware and Walk in My Shoes radio collaborated on this lecture, to mark World Mental Health Day, 10th October 2018.
Walk in My Shoes radio broadcast the lecture live, which was followed by our expert speaker, Dr Ursula Bates, in conversation with Professor Jim Lucey, Medical Director at St. Patrick's Mental Health Services and Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, TCD.
Aware is the national organisation providing support, education and information services for those impacted by depression, bipolar disorder and other mood related conditions and their loved ones.
