If you like your cendol with extreme Gula Melaka taste, you will surely love Mdm. Kiow's Nyonya cendol (RM4), which can be found at her house in a kampung called Bukit Rambai.
For the sake of authenticity, they don't use store bought Gula Melaka, and opt to cook it at home to achieve that thick and gooey texture. The flavor and aroma is so rich, that you need to taste it personally to believe it.
The cendol jellies she uses are homemade, fresh every week with a naturally deep green color and pandan flavor.
