Garlic Basil Oil:
1 Cup Olive Oil 5-8 Sprigs Basil 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
Sriracha Chile Oil:
1 Sriracha Chile 1 Cup Vegetable Oil 2 Tablespoons Hot Pepper Flakes
Lemon Fennel Saffron Oil:
1/2 Cup Olive Oil 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil 2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest 2 Tablespoons Fennel Seed 1 Pinch of Saffron
