i have tried this out on my ipad mini 2 and it seems to work...the app installation was pretty easy since it gives you the option to go directly to the app store and download it without having to search for it. it is also made of metal on the outside. the app is fairly self explanatory and i have recorded the instructions if you need to check them for yourself in the video. also, you can find videos on youtube by searching for this: ASIN B01HMIW5HS. i got this for a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. the only reason it isnt a perfect 5 stars is because i feel like the price could be like $3 cheaper but maybe they make up for this in customer service, which i havent had the chance to have to review yet.
