Manipur violence continues to echo in both houses of the parliament even on Day 7 of the monsoon session. Amid the ruckus and uproar by opposition over the discussion, Rajya Sabha got adjourned. The upper house witnessed a heated exchange between Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar & TMC MP Derek O'Brien. The issue started when the chair started reading the notices under rule 267 of the house.
