The Louisville defense completely dominated the 10th-ranked Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Louisville had eight sacks, 11 tackles for loss, four interceptions, and recovered four fumbles in the win. In the third quarter alone, the Cardinals scored 35 points off of six Wake Forest turnovers, including two interceptions that were returned for touchdowns. Quincy Riley and Kei'Trel Clark each had a pick-6 for the Cardinals' defense.
