In big breaking news regarding the farmers’ protest, the Centre has refused to repeal to new farm laws as the meeting held between Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Kisan leaders was left unconcluded. According to the latest updates, the Central government is all set to set a new written proposal to the farmers, after which the leaders may meet for the sixth round of talks with the Centre.
While the Centre denied bringing back the previous farm laws, farmers, on the other hand, are firmly protesting on their stand. They refused to accept the government's offer of amendment in the laws, not budging from their demand for a repeal of laws.
