Day 1&2
You will start your trip by flying into the Floating City, Venice at the international Marco Polo airport.
You will have 2 amazing days to get lost in the cities canals which is the best part! Get ready to explore landmarks such as the Rialto bridge, Piazza San Marco, Saint Marks Basilica, bridge of sighs, and the basilica of saint Maria for one of the best views of the venice! if your interested in glass blowing visit the island of Murano. I personally stayed at the Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace and can recommend it! Hostaria Da Franz is a restaurant I ate at and can highly recommend it for a nice dinner to experience the ventian cuisine.
Emilia Romagna - [ Ссылка ]
Day 3 you are waking up early, packing your bags and picking up your rental car from the Venice Marco Polo airport. Now we are on the road to our next desitination. Off the beaten path to Italy’s most Beautiful region known for its worldclass vineyards and lushious rolling hills, Tuscany.
On our way to Tuscany you have an option to make a day trip through the Emilia romagna which is on the way.
If you stopped like we did or skipped the Emilia Romagna region we will end day 3 in Sienna, Italy.
Day 4
Tuscany (Sienna) - [ Ссылка ]
Starting with grabbing a coffee on the famous Piazza del Campo known for its wild bareback horse race the Palio di Siena
which happens twice a year. While exploring Siena you cant miss the magnificent Siena cathedral. It has a tragic history and still is one of the most beautiful cathedrals i’ve ever been to. After spending the day in Siena its time to hit the road and spend the afternoon in the Chianti Wine region. Set your GPS for the oldest vineyard in Italy, Ricasoli 1141. Make sure to take SR222 the Chianti wine road on your way, its a beautiful drive with fun winding turns.
Day 5
Tuscany (Val D'orcia)
Day 6
Day number 6 involves a long stretch of driving as we make our way towards southern italy. To combat muscle tightness you will stop along the way at Tuscany’s less known offerings, the thermal hot springs. Set your GPS for Bagni San Filippo hot springs 1st. Make sure to change before hand because there is no where to change besides the forest once your there. Another tip is to get there as early as possible to avoid the crowds! If your interested in another hot springs you have the option of stopping at the Saturnia hot springs next! After spending the day exploring Tuscany’s hot springs its time to drive to your next stay in the small town of Popoli at an intimate vineyard San Calisto camre con vigna. for dinner visit Lo Zio Barrett, They have an amazing selection of aged steak. We had the best meal of the whole entire trip there, and it was one of the cheapest we had the whole trip!
