Hi everyone, I am LK Vaswani. Welcome to my YouTube MY TALENT MY LIFE.
Today I will tell you how to make wheat flour ladoo and with jaggery(Gud).
Ingredient:
• 250 gram Wheat Flour
• 300-gram Jaggery (Gud)
• 1 cup Ghee (For dough and fry)
• 1 cup water (1/2 for dough & 1/2 for Chasni)
• Procedure:
• Take a big plate and put wheat flour in it.
• Add 4tbsp Ghee and Mix it.
• Pour 1/2 cup water slowly in it.
• Make tight Dough, make Muthiya from Dough.
• Now Take another pot, Put it on the gas stove (Low Flame), and Add oil.
• Now start frying Muthiya.
Note: The color of Muthiya must be light brown. (It will take around 10 minutes)
Make small pieces of fried Muthiya and let it become cool.
Once it becomes cool, put it in mixy for grinding.
Note: Don't Grind too much (Flour should be thick). Now take a plate must grinded flour in it. Take another pot, put on a gas stove, dd Jaggery, and water in it. Mix it well and continuously stir it until chasni is ready.
Note: You can check chasni from two fingers (It should be 1 Tar). Add ground flour and mix it well and wait until it becomes cool. Once it becomes cool, Start making Ladoo
Note: Size and shape depend on your own choice.
Once you make ladoo, It is ready for serve.
