3 of the top contenders in the 2020 Training Shoe Market, specifically for crossfit, bootcamp, and strength and conditioning type training are the Metcon 5, Nobull Trainer, and the Reebok Nano 9. I've been wearing each of these shoes for several months and decided to do a shoe review on my personal favorite of all these shoes.
These shoes are great for olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, plyometrics, short runs, and HIIT conditioning workouts.
I like the metcon for workouts that require running (the softest), I favor the Nobulls for heavy lifting, (the stiffest) and the Nano 9s are great all around (right in the middle) . The Nano 9's are very stable, while the Nike's have a bit more give in the upper and the forefoot. But the Metcon platform heelstill make it a great weightlifting shoe. The Nobull's are minimal, trustworthy, and light. But don't make a great running shoe. Hope this review helps!
