Hi all.
This video is a trip report on East midland railway, traveling on their old HST trains from London St Pancras to Nottingham in first class
From the get go walking into St Pancras is always an amazing sight with the building being an architectural masterpiece. I visited the first class lounge with plenty of time before my train. East midland railway services leave from platforms 1-4 in St Pancras so it’s usually not hard to find your train
On train: the service was very fast and very comfortable. There was only one real fault with the train and that it did shake about a lot however this is due to the trains age but other than that the food in the train was excellent, the staff were brilliant and the journey was very scenic.
I would recommend this journey to anyone as East Midland Railway is one of my favourite train operations companies and I do travel with them as often as I can.
