1/2 cup banana ketchup or tomato ketchup
1 & 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice ot kalamansi juice
salt and pepper
1 tsp cooking oil
bamboo skewers (soak in water for 30 10 minutes.)
