Try out this Moong Sprout Curry, which is a simple and satisfying regular sabzi.
Sprouts curry is a delicious, healthy and simple curry to prepare anytime.
It has basic spices but a wonderful flavour.
Servings - 5 to 6
Ingredients :
3 tbsp oil
¼ tsp fenugreek seed
½ tsp mustard seed
1 tsp cumin seed
¼ tsp asafoetida or hing
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ inch chopped ginger
2 chopped green chillies
3 tomatoes puree
Salt to taste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 cup sprouted moong
3 cups water
Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves.
