In this video we share our 3 most helpful tips for working with your spouse AND how to still like each other at the end of the day!
Tip #1 - Have The Same Mission: Are you both working towards the same goal/lifestyle? What are you BOTH passionate about? Monetary gain is not a good goal.
Tip #2 - Define Your Roles: What are your strengths and weaknesses and how can you contribute to the business in a way that is specific to you?
Tip #3 - Show Gratitude - Make sure your spouse feels valued in their contribution to and/or roles in the business. This will lead to more happiness in your life, marriage, and business.
