Congratulations on moving up to the Intermediate level of Conditioning. You will notice some familiar strengthening exercises in this video. Now your focus will be on building your endurance and taking each exercise to the next level. The front support exercise you have been doing will now become a true pushup. All Intermediate Level classes build on the basic full body strength and flexibility taught in the Beginner Conditioning Lessons.
Parents are encouraged to assist children to ensure that exercises are performed properly. This will create a safe environment as well as a healthy and consistent practice.
