The F-16 demonstration from Saturday's AirVenture is the subject of this SHORT, shot using an @Apple iPod Touch. It is one part of sixteen separate shorts of the Viper Demo, with this video featuring yet another high speed pass in the demo profile, in place of what would've been a Heritage Flight. Captain Taylor "FEMA" Hiester takes to the skies over @EAA AirVenture to fly the full @F16ViperDemonstrationTeam profile during the Saturday show. FEMA flew the YF-16 demo plane, which is painted up in a special 50th anniversary paint scheme, and what better paint scheme for 50 years of F-16s than the prototype. In past videos FEMA flew a very short mini-demo as the aerobatic box in place could not legally support a full demo profile for the F-16, F-22, and F-35A demos. With the Snowbirds box in place on Saturday afternoon, FEMA could legally fly the full demo profile.

The Experimental Aircraft Association's annual Convention, better known as AirVenture 2024, took place from July 22-28, 2024 at Wittman Regional Airport (KOSH) in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This video was shot on Saturday July 27, 2024.

Due to the appearance of the Canadian Forces Snowbirds at AirVenture 2024, a different crowd line was in place for the Friday, Saturday daytime, and Sunday airshows. This crowd line was marked by a white line painted in the grass, along the speaker line, and was in effect as the Snowbirds (and other jet demos during the three daytime airshows) utilized a much larger aerobatic box. This box could have been pushed out east but to reduce any disruption in evacuating buildings, the box was moved west, and thus causes line of sight obstructions for all, which are evident in the video.

The rate applies only to music broadcast over the public address system during the air show portion of the program and does not provide the air show with the right to use pre-recorded music at concerts or other non-air show special events held in conjunction with the air show.
