Eliminating car collisions with Artificial intelligence

Invented by NVIDIA, Safety Force Field (SFF) vehicle system acts as an independent supervisor of the vehicle's control system. If SFF anticipates a collision with another vehicle, it will take the control and adjust the trajectory

On the video, we can see that:
✓ When SFF is off, the three cars have a collision
✓ When it is on, SFF takes the control over the vehicles' systems to avoid the collision

Note: in this example, all vehicles need to be equipped with the system. Vehicles could be either human-driven or autonomous
