Welcome to UseQwitter and in this video I'll show you How to block someone on Twitter.

When you are on Twitter, you're bound to come across toxic people, spammers and fake accounts. Twitter users can use blocking to prevent certain accounts from getting in touch with them, commenting, accessing their tweets or following them.

Let's begin by signing into your Twitter account.

-- Use the search bar to find the person you want to block and open their profile.
-- When you open the profile, you'll notice a three dot icon. Click on it to open additional menu.
-- Click on Block Username option. On that menu, a box will appear on the screen asking you to confirm that you truly want to block this user.
-- Click on Block.

That's it. The user's account is now blocked. Unless you unlock them later, you will see that the user has been blocked and neither you nor he will be able to see tweets or message each other.

If you are both following each other, it will automatically unfollow you both. Well, that's how you block someone on Twitter.

✅ Now I'll show you how to unblock someone on Twitter.

If you have blocked someone by mistake or want to unblock someone you previously blocked, it is quite simple to do so.

-- Open Twitter and find the person you have blocked.
-- When you open their profile, you'll notice a red option that says Blocked which changes to unblock.
-- When you Hover your mouse over it, click on it. A confirmation box will appear.
-- If you are sure you want to unblock them, click on Unblock. This will unblock the user and you will both be able to see tweets and follow each other.

✅ There is another method which lets you unlock multiple users.

On the left side, there are various options.
-- Click on More which will reveal a dropdown menu with a few more options.
-- Click on Settings and Privacy under these options.
-- This will take you to Twitter Account Settings. Now click on Privacy and Safety.
-- Click on Mute and Block under this section. Now click on the option that says Blocked accounts.

Here you'll see the list of accounts that you have blocked.

In order to unblock them, click on the Block button to unblock them.

This will automatically unblock the users well, that's how you unlock someone on Twitter.
