Dutch are very clever - sometimes even human-like clever. The three layer modular field jacket is a good example of this. Firstly it's a very well designed jacket even though there is no hood and it will work seperately quite well - that's not all - it comes with two liners: goretex-liner and a thermal liner. So basically you can turn this into a waterproof/windproof jacket or a winter jacket or all above. It's all-year-around jacket and it's relatively cheap and I got mine brand new. These things are rare but if you find one of these (and in your size), I recommend that you would get one of these. Very good purchase and value for your money.
