Indian tycoon and visionary industrialist Ratan Tata, who died late Wednesday (Oct 9), will be accorded a state funeral by the government of Maharashtra, a western Indian state.
Mortal remains of the dead industrialist will be brought to the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) in south Mumbai's Nariman Point from 10.30 am to 4 pm IST on Thursday for people to pay their respects. The last rites will be performed at Worli crematorium at around 4:30 pm IST.
