Climate action needs women's leadership. Women-led organizations in Bangladesh play a crucial role in promoting local adaptation. Supported by UN Women, a network of fifty-six such organizations leads this effort in Bangladesh. Ahead of #COP28, the stories of Shampa Goswami and Lipika Boiragi, women leaders in civil society, highlight their unique expertise, contributing to Local Adaptation Initiatives.
