Meta is being sued by an Aussie mining billionaire for failing to prevent false crypto ads. Andrew “Twiggy” Forrest says Meta was “criminally reckless” by not taking down fake posts and failed to create controls or a corporate culture to prevent its systems being used to commit crime. Forrest launched civil proceedings against Meta in California last year.
