The EFF has rubbished the legal action by AfriForum and says it's a waste of the court's time. The lobby group brought a civil case against the red berets, calling for the party and some of its leaders to be charged for inciting violence by singing a struggle song "shoot to kill, kiss the boer". AfriForum wants a sanction to be imposed on some of the leaders and for a fine to be paid. It argues that the EFF's Julius Malema and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi are guilty of inciting violence by singing the song.
