We rebuilt a mil surplus Yanmar that was wet stacked.
We installed new rings & rod bearings along with a good solvent cleaning to remove deposits.
The injection pump was stuck but was freed up after soaking and careful disassembly.
Plunger and delivery valve were full of crud but cleaned up and worked smoothly so we reassembled and installed to check operation.
Surprisingly it injected with a good pattern at low speed.
