Instead of doing Raleigh to Boone in 2020, we decided to ride over 200 miles on the Neuse River Trail. The Neuse River Trail round trip is over 63 miles. Biking from the house to the Neuse, then three trips on the Neuse brought me to a total of 205 miles for the day. Here is how the ride went with clips of the actual ride. It was a good ride, but it was a tough ride. Watch the full video to see my mental challenges and physical pain from doing a double century in one ride. Don't forget to subscribe to the channel to see me attempt other challenging rides! Shout out to my buddy Steve for getting me over that through that last lap!
