Afghani Qeema Karahi is not your regular Karahi. This one has taste, texture and spicy level. It’ll be a love in first bite!
Method:
In Mutton mince mix salt, red chili powder, Pine Nuts or Dried Melon Seeds, ginger garlic, papaya paste, chickpeas powder, star anise powder and all spice powder and leave it for 2-3 hours. Now heat butter and oil and sauté onion then add mince and cook well, add little water and cook. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies and serve with naan.
Ingredients:
Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 3-4
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Whole cumin 1 tbsp
Green chilies 4-5
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
