WAFFLES
1 1/2 C. mochiko (sweet rice flour)
1/2. C. tapioca starch
1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1/2 C. sugar
1 1/2 C. milk
1 T. Baking powder
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1/4 t. salt
CREAM CHEESE FILLING
8 oz. block of cream cheese at room temperature
2 T. honey
1/4 C. whipped topping
