This is one of my favourite dim sum dishes! Since Covid-19 happened in March this year, we were not able to go out for dim sum and I was REALLY CRAVING Steamed Pork Spareribs! I decided to do some research and found that it isn’t actually that difficult to make!
This simple recipe will be sure to satisfy that dim sum craving!

I actually made another batch of this spareribs recipe the very next day because it was SO DELICIOUS! Top this on top of steamed rice with a touch of soy sauce and you have yourself a WINNER!
Try this recipe out! You won’t regret it!!
Recipe:
- 1-1.25 lbs Pork Spareribs (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 2 Garlic Clove
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chicken Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 1 - 1.5 tbsp Fermented Black Bean
- 1.5 tsp Shaoxing Wine
- 1 tsp Water
- 2.5 tbsp Corn Starch
- 2 tsp Canola Oil
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- Green Onion and Chili to top!
