This is a step-by-step tutorial - follow along with us! Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
6-8 hard-boiled eggs (dyed if you have them!)
4 cups flour
1 1/4 sticks butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup milk or more (have extra ready)
Cake sprinkles or other decorations
For simple “glaze” (brushed on prior to baking for a simpler cookie):
1 egg white
For lemon icing (brushed on after cookies are baked and cooled):
1/2 cup or more confectioners sugar
