In the past, Korea had sent many labourers to many other countries including Iran
and Korean labourers provided Iran with many new-built roads
and as a 'thanking gift'
Iran somehow managed to name one of the road in Seoul with the name of their capital city, Tehran

Also, there is a road in Iran named after Seoul I think
I'm not sure
but just random knowledge!
