This is the 24k BTU version. The linesets are pre-charged and no vacuum is needed to install.
I was able to install this myself over a single weekend. (probably could have done it in a day if it wasn't for the weather.) The only part of the job that required a second person was lifting the 100 pound condensing unit onto it's wall brace.
Prior to installing this unit, we heated the house with electric space heaters, so we expect a significant savings by installing the heat pump. So far it is working great.
