FULL WORKOUT
(Bench Press Warm-Up - 5 sets (20kg, 60kg, 80kg, 100kg, 110kg)
Bench Press: 5 x 3 x 120kg
Incline Dumbell Press: 9, 9, 8, 7 (42kg), 10 (26kg)
Incline Close-Grip EZ Bar Press: 3 x 8 x 50kg
Rear Delt Fly: 3 x 12 x 12kg
Pec Fly: 3 x 12 x 20kg
Tricep Pressdown: 3 x 10 x 30kg
+ 10 minutes ab work
