Despite the swelling of Bicol River brought by Shear Line affecting Camarines Norte and northern section of Camarines Sur, the resilient (and the longest remaining) bridge in Libmanan stood tough throughout the years, as the noontime return trip to Naga tread the bridgespan carefully as rains continue to pour in the area.
