INGREDIENTS:
* Sago (साबूदाना) - 250 grams/1 bowl
* Water (पानी) - 1 bowl
* Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 4
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 4-5
* Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 1 tsp
* Potato (आलू) - 1/2 kg
RECIPE:
Take some Sago of medium size and wash them properly. Then soak the Sago for 7-8 hours or for overnight by covering it.
Chop some Tomatoes and Green Chillies and grind them. Then take a pan, put some Water, Cumin Seeds, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and paste of Tomato and Green Chillies. When it starts boiling, put the soaked Sago in it and cook it for 10-12 mins on low to medium flame. The consistency should be thick. Then turn off the flame and put some boiled and grated Potatoes in it and mix them.
Make a cone with a polythene, put the Sago Mixture in it and on a polythene sheet, make the Sago Snack with the cone and let them dry for 2-3 days.
Fry them and enjoy the Crispy Sago Snacks for long time.
