The Special Tribunal of South Africa has granted Transnet leave to recover nearly R26 million lost to fraud and corruption. Judge Lebogang Modiba handed down judgment in the fraud and corruption case involving a former Transnet executive and a service provider. Modiba has ordered Linyenga Msagala and the service provider, IDS Engineers to pay back the funds.
