SOUTH ZONE TASK FORCE APPREHENDED TWO PERSONS WHO SELLING LIQUOR ILLEGALY–SEIZED 405 LIQUOR BOTTLES WORTH OF RS.71,170/-
The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team, Hyderabad along with Chatrinaka Police apprehended (02) persons who are found selling IMF liquor illegally at their residences and earning easy money without any valid license.
DETAILS OF ACCUSED:-
1) Prabhakar Reddy, Age: 58 Yrs, Occ: Illegal Liquor Business, R/o: Chatrinaka, Hyd.,
2) J. Chandra Mohan, Age: 50 Yrs, Occ: Illegal Liquor Business, R/o Uppuguda, Hyderabad.
PROPERTY SEIZED:-
Total 82.46 Litters of Liquor in 405 bottles, All Worth of Rs.71,170/-
FACTS OF THE CASE:-
The accused Prabhakar and Chandra Mohan are natives of Hyderabad, they are eking their livelihood by running belt shops at their residence and selling IMF Liquor illegally. They purchase liquor from different wine shops in small quantity and sell the same by storing at their residence in the early and late hours in higher prices and earning money illegally. Previously also they were involved in similar cases.
On a tip of information South Zone Task Force and Chatrinaka Police apprehended the above accused persons and seized cash and IMF liquor bottles all worth of Rs.71,170/-. The apprehended accused persons and seized material were handed over to SHO Chatrinaka PS. The Chatrinaka Police registered two cases in Cr. No.351/2024 and Cr.No.352/2024 both U/s 34 (A) TS Excise Act and took the up investigation.
The above arrests were made under the supervision of Inspector Sri S. Raghavendra, SIs Sri K. Narsimulu, N. Naveen, G. Anjaneyulu & Staff of Task Force and Chatrinaka Police.
