I am new to grilling and Must say the Weber Kettle Grill has been an amazing Grill. I purchased this almost brand new on Facebook Marketplace for $30 (Retails for $199 CAD)....which is what has started it all 😁. I am not sure if I will only use a Weber Kettle Grill or if I will try using another grill at some point.
I never grew up in a household that used BBQing, Grilling or Smoking as a means to Cook. It was usually done as a quick way to cook meals, usually over cooked or dry.
