It is this culture that empowers and encourages individual employees at all levels of the organization and creates an environment that enables the employees to ideate. In this culture, we believe that every employee is an ideapreneur and has the potential to take the lead and add value to the business. Payal Baloni is an ideapreneur who was enthused by the culture of ideapreneurship. She came up with an idea which could save cost for the client and was beyond the expected scope of work for her. Keeping the client interest in mind, Payal entered this idea on a platform called Value Portal. This platform is an initiative to structure and facilitate the value creation culture, where employees initiate, create and deliver value to their Customers. It is an initiative meant to recognize and reward individuals and teams who can create a niche for themselves and their customers by focusing on generating extra value.
