A lesson on the classic old time fiddle tune "Black Mountain Rag" adapted for guitar. It uses an unusual AAAB chord form and this lesson is played in the key of D, with a capo on the second fret playing out of the C chord position. This lesson is based on the Doc Watson version which he transcribed by ear many years ago while playing electric guitar in a country swing band.
