As a middle-class person with an aspirational lifestyle, I'm always tempted by the idea of making a lot of money in the shortest time possible. I've probably seen hundreds of videos claiming to reveal the secrets to making a fortune quickly. But the reality is that these formulas rarely account for real-life obstacles, the demands of an aspirational lifestyle, and the pressures that come with it. It's a lot of peer pressure, if you ask me. It can make you feel insecure and inadequate, especially when you see people with generational wealth and privilege. But that's a topic for another day.
This is why I asked Kiran Nambiar from MyFi by TIFIN about this - lots of money in shortest time possible. He explains the phenomen really well. Stay tuned for the full conversation that drops tomorrow.
Friends, please help spread the word. Let me also know what else would you want to see me discuss within the tech-life purview. BTW, while you have seen a lot of tech and startups related content, I'm also soon going to work on the "W" part which is worklife. Remember the name: TSW. :) Cheers.
