Here is my Madden 19 Franchise experience so far.
The first play was just crazy. In fairness, I've only seen that once. And for the most part, it didn't ruin the game or that play. It was just hilarious.
Play Number 2. Now that happens all the time. I literally run this play 65% of the time in my Madden franchise and Jared Cook is usually open for a gain of 5 or more. Occasionally, when I go to throw, the QB just falls for no reason. As if he was hit by ghost. Then the rest of the play is me holding R2 and up for dear life to get up. That causes him to get up and run directly into the line and faceplant.
Play number 3. SAME PLAY. I think that when the game FINALLY recognizes that your running the same play over and over with success, it does things unnaturally to force outcomes. Usually a drop or a terrible throw. But in this play multiple decisions are being made. Believe it or not, I'm throwing to Jared Cook again but the game decided to take a pass that ANYBODY can make and overthrow the shit out of it. Next since it was a forced overthrow, instead of just letting the CPU intercept it, I guess the game thought it was fairer for him to tip it. That resulted in Jared Cook catching it again while falling, only to be warped up having the ball jarred from his grasp. INCREDIBLE!!!!!
Play Number 4. EVERYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THIS!
Play Number 5. For some reason when its 3rd and inches, or 4th and inches the CPU defense will come out in Goal Line zone play. When I motion my RB to go to the far right nobody follows him and he is always open for a TD if I hot route him to a streak. This is such an eye sore. Nobody pays him any mind. On this play though, I throw the worst lob pass in the history of football to hit a defender in his hands with no INT.
Play Number 6.Ball through the body. Catch without eye contact. Sadly normal in Madden but this was the best example of it I've seen.
Play Number 7. Once again the game is forcing things resulting in madness. I'm the Titans and what frustrates me with this play is simply that no CB should ever have that GREAT OF A POSITION ON A BALL to swat at it. Him going for the pick and dropping it is cool. But to FLY like MJ for a pass that doesn't need a graceful vertical is sickening especially when it feels like IT ALL HAPPENED TO GIVE THE LOSING CPU AN EXTRA SHOT AT A CATCH. If you look closely two Steelers got hands on the ball at different times.
Play Number 8. That's me with Duke Johnson in my Cleveland franchise. Of course, I was happy to score. But I all I did was run straight into tacklers. I didn't juke, spin or protect the ball. So I knew something was off.
Play Number 9. Now this one killed me. User pick with my CB. One of the best looks for a nice return and my player AUTOMATICALLY JOGS BACKWARDS WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY CONTROL. Somehow I'm able to press spin when the defender nears but when after I evade him, I just fall, once again with no control.
