Continuing on with the summer theme it is cocktail number 2 Caribbean Lovers cocktail.

Caribbean Lovers what you need:
Hurricane glass filled with ice
35ml Bacardi white rum
25ml Amaretto
50ml Pineapple juice
50ml Orange juice
12ml Grenadine

Preparation:
1. Grab a hurricane glass and fill it with ice.
2. Get your shaker and put in some ice cubes then pour 35ml of Bacardi white rum.
3. Next pour in 25ml of Amaretto, followed by 50ml of pineapple juice.
4. Pour in 50ml of orange juice and last ingredient to pour in to the shaker is 12ml of grenadine.
5. Next shake well until a frost forms and the colour is a orange-red colour like a sunset and then strain in to the hurricane glass.
6. Last step is to garnish with a orange slice.
